Motherwort

Motherwort has a square stem and deeply
toothed, lobed leaves. The pink fuzzy flowers turn into seedpods
with very sharp points. Once planted, it reseeds itself and
spreads very easily. It is used to relieve anxiety and calm
emotional ups and downs. Take Motherwort to calm heart palpitations
and reduce night sweats. This herb can bring on delayed menses
and promote menstrual bleeding so avoid it if experiencing menstrual
flooding. Not for use during pregnancy.
