Take 1/4 tsp (1 ml) 4 times per day. Women over 175 lbs take 1/2 tsp (2 ml) 3 times per day. May be taken with 1-2 oz. of liquid. Avoid additional liquids 15 minutes before and after each use.

The night my husband left for Afghanistan, my body was even more stressed than it was several days prior to his departure which really put a toll on my body and made it difficult to consistently pump and breastfeed my newborn daughter. Unfortunately, I had to buy formula to supplement for my daughter, because not only was my body decreasing it's milk supply, her appetite was growing. I have looked everywhere online to see what could possibly help and fenugreek pills seemed iffy to me... reviews were mixed. I came across More Milk and did not see one bad review, so I knew my chances for a positive change were high. I purchased it earlier this afternoon and after my first dose, I made about half more than usual, pumping only in a 20 minute session... and this was shortly, less than an hour, after my first dose!! I can't wait to see what happens later this evening! I'm already two feedings ahead of what I usually have.
