Take 1/4 tsp (1 ml) 4 times per day. Women over 175 lbs take 1/2 tsp (2 ml) 3 times per day. May be taken with 1-2 oz. of liquid. Avoid additional liquids 15 minutes before and after each use.

I could not keep up with my son's needs until taking More Milk Plus. My 11.5 month old son with Leukemia has no appetite and gets tired very easily. Thus he only nurses if its easy (aka I have a big milk supply). This is a problem because if he doesn't empty me out my milk goes down. In addition to this dilemma he has an incredibly high caloric intake need due to 1. recovering from chemo 2.Absorption problems and 3. he mostly refuses solids. 90% of his calories must come from my breast milk because that is all he will take. I am nursing as much as he will stay latched on and on top of that he takes at least 3-4 bottles of pumped breast milk each day. I couldn't do it, and felt hopeless about what I was going to do. Within 3 days of taking More Milk Plus he stayed latched on longer, and I had a whole day's worth of bottles in the fridge the night before he needed them. It is seriously a miracle how much it increased my milk. Thank you.

I've been consistently taking More Milk Plus for several months now and I honestly believe that without it, I'd have lost my supply. My periods resumed very quickly after the birth of my daughter 8 months ago and my supply tanked accordingly. Also, being older (I'm 48) and having had a breast augmentation 20 years ago meant my ability to breastfeed would have been questionable at best. But with the help of your product, I've maintained my supply despite having gone back to work and I've not had to supplement - not even once (and I have NO desire to wean her yet!) I have been dealing with a low milk supply even after nursing all the time and pumping between feedings. I started searching for ways to increase my supply and came across the Motherlove website. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I just started taking the More Milk Plus capsules yesterday. By the time I woke up for feedings in the middle of the night I was engorged. I haven’t had that happen in a while now and I am really excited to start pumping to see just how much I can get. Before I was lucky if I got almost two ounces from both sides together and that’s after long periods of pumping.
