Probably not gluten free
I was recommended this product by my lactation consultant. On the website it claims to have no added gluten. I’ve read that goats rue itself isn’t gluten free, but please do your own research. I’ve been taking for about 2 weeks and my skin has broken out horribly, as it does when I eat any source of wheat. I’ve since stopped taking it and my skin is starting to clear up. I’m sure this product works well for people who aren’t sensitive to wheat and have the right body chemistry for this herb. It was worth giving it a try!

Hello Emily,
Thank you for your review of our Goat's Rue. We are so sorry to hear about your skin. We are happy to hear it is clearing up.
You can rest assured that our Goat's Rue capsules have undergone a rigorous certification process to ensure they meet strict gluten-free standards. Our capsules are tested by a third-party, independent lab. The results show our Goat's Rue contains less than 5 ppm of gluten, which is well below the benchmark of 10 ppm that is required to obtain a gluten-free certification.
Motherlove is committed to the sourcing of high-quality ingredients, maintaining robust operating procedures, and making products our consumers can trust. However, people with high sensitivity to gluten may have a reaction to trace amounts of gluten that can be found in some products.
