- Breast milk supply support
Works but not much of an increase
I have been taking this for a few weeks now and have a small increase on some days and others nothing. Actually some days seem like my sluppy is lower than before I started taking it.

Thank you for your review of Moringa! We understand that it can be hard to tell if a supplement is benefitting your supply when your milk output varies by the day.
Milk supply is made on a supply and demand basis; the more milk that is expressed via nursing or pumping, the more milk your body will make to replace it.
It is normal for milk production to vary a bit each day based on how much your baby has been consuming. We recommend offering the breast on demand, especially during the first 6–8 weeks as your baby is working to establish your supply. If you are exclusively pumping, be sure to fully empty both breasts each time and pump whenever your baby is fed a bottle.
It also may be that a different supplement is better suited for your unique situation. We created this Supplement Guide to help with any questions about which Motherlove supplement is best for you.
Please feel free to email or chat us with any questions you may have. If you are concerned about your supply or your baby's weight gain, we encourage you to work with an IBCLC as there can be many causes of low supply.
