Not for me, maybe for you?
I have never had a tincture before but thought it would be easier to manage rather than taking multiple pills per day. I was mistaken. The alcohol is incredibly strong and I was not able to tolerate it. From mixing it in a small amount of liquid and holding my nose to drink it like a shot, to putting it in a 16oz coffee protein drink, I could always taste it or feel the burn of alcohol. It may be my modified dosing of 2 droppers twice a day, but I did not see any changes in my supply or changes to my breasts. There is no way I could have done 1 dropper 4-6 times per day. I hope it works out better for others!
