I do think this product has helped. Picture with a sharpie (it's what I had around lol) for scale - the capsule isn't too large and doesn't have any aftertaste.

These capsules have been helpful on my difficult breastfeeding journey. The increase is slow, but I do notice and increase in my supply. I also think it has helped my glandular tissue increase. The tincture taste is INTENSE so this is preferable for me.
