  • Need general milk supply support
  • Prefer a tincture over liquid capsules

This herbal blend is designed to support breast milk supply, naturally.

Fenugreek seed*, blessed thistle herb*, nettle leaf*, fennel seed*, grain alcohol*, deionized water

*USDA Certified Organic ingredients

More Milk Plus does not contain any milk, dairy, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, or gluten.

There are approximately 15 drops of alcohol per dose of this tincture, which is similar to drinking one glass of wine over the course of two weeks. This amount of alcohol does not transfer into your breast milk. However, if you prefer to take a supplement without alcohol, More Milk Plus is also available in an alcohol-free tincture as well as in alcohol-free liquid vegan capsules.

Take 1 ml, 4-6 times throughout the day, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

This product can be taken on its own or added to your favorite beverage.

Not for use during pregnancy. Discuss product use with a healthcare professional before use.

The following are possible side effects. Discontinue use if adverse side effects appear.

Fenugreek, especially if taken in larger-than-recommended doses, can cause gastric upset or gassiness in the mother, and less likely, in the baby. In More Milk Plus, Motherlove blends fenugreek with fennel, a digestive aid, to help counteract this possible side effect. Also, fenugreek is not recommended for those with hypothyroidism who are on medication, as it may block the absorption of the thyroid medication. In rare cases, fenugreek can also lower blood sugar and cause breakthrough menstrual bleeding.

Products are routinely tested for heavy metals and microbial contamination.
