Fenugreek, especially if taken in larger than recommended doses, can cause gastric upset or gassiness in the mother, and less likely, in the baby. In More Milk Special Blend, Motherlove blends fenugreek with fennel, a digestive aid, to counteract this possible side effect. Also, fenugreek is not recommended for mothers with hypothyroidism who are on medication, as it may lower the thyroid hormone T3. In rare cases, fenugreek can also lower blood sugar and cause breakthrough menstrual bleeding.

Goat’s rue, especially when taken in larger-than-recommended doses, can lower blood sugar levels. If you are insulin-dependent, please consult with a healthcare provider before taking this herb.

    Love it!

    Read it before buying…

    So I’ve only used it for about a week and a half, so not any major results yet.

    READ its ingredients.. it’s made with alcohol 😅 I kinda assumed it was a tincture made with glycerin 😬

    But so far, so good.. using it each day, hoping for a boost in supply 🫶🏼
