Goat’s Rue
Galega Officinalis

For centuries, goat’s rue has been used as a natural galactagogue for both women and dairy cows. What makes goat’s rue such a useful herb for breastfeeding is that it helps build mammary tissue and encourages milk supply. For this reason, Motherlove uses goat’s rue in our More Milk Special Blend product line and in our Goat’s Rue product line.
