NIPPLE CREAM: Use on nursing nipples to quickly soften and soothe skin. It also can be used as a pump lubricant. Does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding
MORE MILK PLUS: Take 1 ml, 4-6 times throughout the day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Discontinue use if adverse side effects appear. Fenugreek may cause upset stomach or excessive gas in mother or baby, may lower blood sugar, may cause breakthrough menstrual bleeding, may lower the thyroid hormone T3 and should be avoided by women with hypothyroidism.

The following are possible side effects. Discontinue use if adverse side effects appear.
Fenugreek, especially if taken in larger-than-recommended doses, can cause gastric upset or gassiness in the mother, and less likely, in the baby. In More Milk Plus, Motherlove blends fenugreek with fennel, which is a digestive aid, to help counteract this possible side effect. Also, fenugreek is not recommended for women with hypothyroidism who are on medication, as it may block the absorption of the thyroid medication. In rare cases, fenugreek can also lower blood sugar and cause breakthrough menstrual bleeding.

This is by far my favorite nipple cream I’ve tried. It was recommended to me by my lactation consultant and I can’t use anything else. The clean ingredients make me comfortable to have around my baby and leave on without having to wash off in between feedings. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking 4 capsules daily for about 3 weeks now, and I’ve definitely seen an increase in my supply. I was starting to have another dip in supply since my baby started not really needed to nurse right after I got home from work. I was getting a little worried especially since I work full time outside of the house and unless I’m home, I have to pump at work. With one less demand for milk, my body started dipping in supply. I plan to continue taking these until my goal of 1 year of breastfeeding!
