We often get asked if women can take more than one of our supplements at the same time. While none of our supplements are designed to be taken in conjunction with each other, many of them can be taken together. One combination that we often hear about is taking both Goat's Rue and Moringa, also known as malunggay, at the same time.
ABOUT GOAT'S RUE
If you didn’t see an increase in breast size during pregnancy, have had previous breast surgeries, or are an adoptive mother, Goat’s Rue can be a good option for you. Goat's Rue is an herb known to support lactation and it helps develop mammary tissue. Our Goat’s Rue comes in two forms, as a traditional tincture and as liquid capsules. Our tinctures and capsules have the same potency and efficacy but many women prefer to take a liquid capsule because the tincture can have a strong taste. It is important to note that Goat’s Rue can take about 2-3 weeks to really work because it’s helping to build tissue, and that takes time.
ABOUT MORINGA
Moringa is another single herb supplement and it known as the 'miracle tree'. This is a great supplement to support lactation and it also is very high in vitamins, potassium, and iron. Some women find that taking Goat’s Rue in combination with Moringa can be helpful since Moringa begins working more quickly while Goat's Rue is more slowly taking effect in the background.
